How do I register as an interested Trade Partner?

Interested Trade Partners can register on the Hensel Phelps Compass Application webpage. NO fees or payments are required to register in COMPASS.

Who is able to participate as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) on Hillsborough County Aviation Authority-funded contracts?

A business certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) with the Florida Department of Transportation, or another Florida Unified DBE Certification Program will be eligible to participate.

Where can I locate a list of certified DBE firms?

How do I become certified as a DBE?

Does my DBE certification expire, or will I have to renew my certification annually?

Please contact the certifying agency member that issued your DBE certification for information regarding the renewal timeframe. The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority will only accept current DBE certifications for this project. It is the DBE Firm’s responsibility to ensure certifications are current.
