Who is able to participate as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SBE) on Hillsborough County Aviation Authority-funded contracts?

A business certified as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SBE) with the Florida Department of Transportation, or another Florida Unified DBE Certification Program will be eligible to participate.
